Art Connect

A twist on the traditional art classes, this event gives participants the opportunity to make food art! Participants will be allowed to select from colourful fruits and veggies to create edible art. The event will be led by an art historian who will present a slide show featuring exquisite paintings of flowers throughout the ages for inspiration. After the talk we will handouts simple images of sample food flowers to help inspire us to create our own edible art. Lunch will be provided as well as door prizes. This event This event will be held at The Link Community Centre on June 20th from 12pm-2pm. Get messy, have fun, and create artwork you can eat!
