Community Action Program for Children - Seamless Transitions

This is a six-week program that focuses on nurturing the four foundations of learning; belonging, well-being, expression, and engagement that children organically pursue and which support optimal learning and a healthy environment.

CAPC Educators will support children and their families by providing activities, resources, and tips on how to support their child’s transition to school. The program will provide parents with a chance to observe and take part in their children’s play-based learning, with the intent of
creating common language and learning between home and school.

Seamless Transitions will be running in Georgina and Vaughan, two locations in each site, beginning the week of May 8, 2023.
